I ship via UPS. I’m currently based in Los Angeles and offer worldwide shipping.
Please note:
Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Time
In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days
Custom pieces: Approximately 4–6 weeks to complete
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through UPS. Options available for UPS ground, 2-day, and international shipping.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200.
All items are final sale.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Due to the nature of ceramics, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
My pieces are not meant to be perfect. Glaze irregularities and surface texture naturally occur due to how underglaze reacts with a clear top glaze.
Every item is handmade by me in Los Angeles using traditional wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques. Slight variations in color, shape, and texture are both expected and celebrated.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging
I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is reviewed.
All functional kitchen items are microwave and dishwasher-safe, but I always recommend hand washing to extend the life of your piece.
Please avoid sudden temperature changes, as ceramics can crack due to thermal shock.
All made-to-order and custom pieces take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.
