Our flavor pairings and fillings are thoughtfully curated and continuously updated to reflect the best of each season. We pair flavors with intention to ensure every cake achieves perfect balance and harmony. Visual designs for our seasonal cakes are guided by our artistic choice and aesthetic vision. However, for a fully customized cake, we welcome specific color palette requests for floral/fruit decorations to perfectly complement your event.
We finish all our cakes with Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC). SMBC is our preferred choice due to its refined flavor profile—it is less sweet than traditional buttercreams—and its ultra-smooth, buttery texture. SMBC also offers excellent stability, ensuring your cake holds beautifully during transit and in warmer environments. While custards and creams are utilized for our cake fillings, we exclusively use SMBC for the final frosting and do not offer alternatives like chantilly or whipped cream.
Please note that we do not accept modifications to the designated cake flavors and fillings listed on our seasonal menu. However, we welcome custom cake orders, which offer the flexibility to personalize cake and filling details to your specific preferences.
